Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Aroma Detailing. By booking, paying for, or receiving services from Aroma Detailing, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Aroma Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services in Poulsbo, WA and the surrounding Kitsap County area. Services may include exterior wash and detail, interior cleaning, ceramic coatings, carpet and mat detailing, and ongoing maintenance plans, among others described on our website or quoted directly.

Booking and payment

Appointments are scheduled through our Square booking platform or directly by phone, text, or email. Payment is processed through Square at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Pricing shown on our website is a starting point. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and the specific services performed. Any pricing adjustments will be communicated to you before service begins.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee equal to 25% of the booked service.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee equal to 50% of the booked service. Any outstanding balance must be settled before booking future appointments.

Subscription plans

Our monthly Maintenance and Signature plans are billed monthly with a three-month minimum commitment. After the initial three-month period, plans continue month to month and can be cancelled with 14 days written notice. Plan benefits, frequency, and pricing are described on the website at the time of enrollment.

Service area and travel

Our standard service area is Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Bainbridge Island, and Gig Harbor. Service outside this area may be available with an agreed travel fee.

Vehicle condition and pre-existing damage

The vehicle owner is responsible for disclosing pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or other concerns before service begins. Aroma Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage, or wear that may be discovered during or revealed by the detailing process.

While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your vehicle, certain conditions may not be fully removable, including but not limited to extreme staining, deep scratches, paint defects, mold, mildew, biohazards, and severe oxidation. We will make reasonable best efforts and communicate honestly with you about expected results.

Weather and outdoor service

Mobile detailing requires reasonable weather and working conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments that cannot be safely or effectively performed due to weather. Rescheduled appointments will be honored at the originally booked price.

Veteran and first responder discount

Active military, veteran, and first responder discounts are applied at the time of service upon verification of ID. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of liability

Aroma Detailing's total liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the cost of the service performed. We carry liability insurance for the services we deliver. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by law.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any lawful reason, including unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, or a vehicle condition outside the scope of services we are equipped to perform.

Photography and marketing use

We may photograph or video vehicles we service for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes. We will not include personally identifying details (license plates, faces, or addresses) and we will honor any reasonable request to opt out.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kitsap County, Washington.
